That's obvious PoS but i think shareholders issue is they are prepared to do "anything needed" to get more stock EXCEPT obtain it by buying on market & only where the option provides better value or more incentive than buying that same stock on market. I really hope we don't see them come out with their little token on market buys to make it seem like that they want it on market - we've seen that before, get a great off-market private avenue then dress it up for shareholders with a tidly little on market buy to show support for the on-market avenue lol
Come on mighty bull management why didn't you just fork it out & pay a premium for stock in this placement - surely they didn't need the convertible notes with plenty of risk adjusted clauses if you are certain the techs a dead set sale at much higher prices. Whats forking out 5.2c right now surely that premium would be insignifcant compared to where it's going lol
