I have just read the Appendix 3Y issued about shares held by our illustrious Managing Director.
So he's bought 212,500 shares over the past month.

A couple of questions about this ...
1. He bought 150,000 shares on 2 Feb - why did it take until this morning (over three weeks later with no apology for delay) to tell us about these?
2. Part 3 of the 3Y asks a very pertinent question - especially of any MD - "Were the interests in the securities or contracts detailed above traded during a closed period where prior written clearance was required?" - Answer "YES"
And the next question says "If so, was prior written clearance provided to allow the trade to proceed during this period?” Answer – NO – well why the hell not?

If anyone is going to have inside information about a company's dealings, it is the MD
If anyone should comply with a company's share trading policy, it is the MD
If anyone is behaving badly in this company, it is the MD!
