Check out Icon's ASIC site today. You will find details (not yet imaged) of a 'share issue' and a change to share structure' as well as a 'change to company details'.
Now I wonder what the Bodgy Brothers (RayJ And RayMc) have cooked up? Whats the betting that Bodgy Bros are flogging off shares to Stanwell to get some more dollars unto the Bodgy Bros bank account before they front up to the firing squad on 23 Feb.
It will probably be dressed up as another 'great' deal just like the toxic convertible note farce with Pacific Capital in December.
Interestingly none of this has so far been reported to ASX - shome mishtake shurely. Maybe someone should tell ASX on their behalf.
