I have been a regular shareholder for the past 5 years, I to have become impatient with the lack of progress over the last year, when the share price should have climbed to at least 50 cents by now. I do know that the current board have stuffed up, Now I am scared that the stuff ups have become noticeable to predators that understand the potential value of Icons assets, I have done some research on my own accord to the background of the majority shareholders, how many of you understand that Ron Baldwin was disbarred, i have spoken to many people who have agreed.
I am not biased therefor I offer a proposition to the current board to drop your wages by at least 40% to show good faith and to match the predators willing wage. Maybe you can have your wage back when the share price has maintained an average above 50 cents for x time.
Too much possible downside to vote in a wet board just now, but maybe not to late to give current board a dose of reality, to get things into gear.
