In relation to the rents it really depends on the stores. Some are $x for y period some are straight % of turnover and some are a combination of the two.
In the information that was leaked on the web this was shown. I think Woolworths paid a percentage that gradually reduced as turnover increased. Other stores had a combination of the two.
