It surprised me to see the big drops in SSM.
When I worked in the telco industry they offered a good balance between reliability and costs. Competitors tried to do better, but it is very hard to run a huge contractor base that turns up on time and doesn’t stuff up.
I think there are big opportunities to run a good field force, so have made a purchase at these levels.
I’m interested in a few TA people mentioning a high 90s support that may be tested - so I will leave a bit of powder in the can in case that happens.
