I took a small 1st position.
At least this way I am half in half out, and if they do a capital raise for acquisition I can elect to participate (depending on the deal).
Sometimes even lucky enough to get a chance at participating in any placement (in addition to retail share placement plan), so on balance worthy of a small position.
