The price rise in this company seems a bit crazy. The market update says they are going to miss the 15% increase in revenue. The current dividend of 2.5c is a 5 percent return on current share price with a fair bit of downside in my opinion. The company has net assets of $320M of which $229.983 million is goodwill! SSM have a significant deficit in net tangible assets. And $10.244 million in dividend payments not recorded as a liability, which further deteriorates their net asset position.
There is a bit of water to go under this bridge.
