Remember it is not only RSK doing the negotiations with the Thai PM
I suspect it is Investec that determines the strategy
The army PM has done us a favour as KCN was trying for a Thai listing for years and unable to complete.
Now the Thai Govt will run roughshod over the holdouts and get Akara listed
It is the only way to save face.
