I can agree on most of your points @poppypop except one: everyone will lose interest in the company over time.
No, Appen will always draw interest from peoples, just like MSB and ADO, no matter what its share price heads to, at least it still has revenue.
People like you (and others) will always come back to comment: someone used to be very bullish when they were long, but sold at loss, and start to pour everything negative more frequently, even though they do not hold anymore.
That's human, "yeah I was right this beauty will fly", or "see this is a dog I told you so". which once comes? depend on their agenda.
