@joeysyd123 , @Private person sold the "dormant company" Stargroup Pty Ltd to Stargroup Investments Pty Ltd a few years ago for a nominal fee so that Stargroup Investments and Star Payment Systems could secure the name Stargroup prior to an IPO or RTO.
In the end Star Payments did an RTO transaction with iCash Payment Systems Limited (ASX : ICP) and iCash changed its name to Stargroup Limited.
As for writing a book, well I think we can all do that.
