Silly of SMSL to do that.
LYC may die (who knows) but its assets will be sold off. In that case LAMP will operate if TOL is issued post elections.
They haven't achieved their goal (preventing LAMP operation forever). They will only bankrupt a few (I would say around 200 from previous experience) retail shareholders.
In the process they are actually destroying their own goal as the new owners can be brutally ruthless organisation that will just follow the letter of the law.
In the end SMSL too stands to loose.
No winners (includes BN or UMNO or whatever they cal their political party in power) in this drama but the crooked financial systems operators.
