Very much a possibility but furthermore Malaysia will also have a fully functional LAMP at no cost to them. Perhaps Mt Kellet take over LYC assets, sell to Chinese to recover their investment (fire sale), Delaysia miracuously grant TOL and Chinese ship product to new fully functional LAMP facility. Everyone a winner except for LYC shareholders who have been burnt to a crisp. My opinion only..
