i always got the impression that it may not have been about the money but more about who they brought onto the register.i haven't checked.
the dreggs they offered up to shareholders was just to keep the minions happy and they came out early to say it would not be increased or extended.
at the time of announcing the raising it was looking like finance may be getting harder to come by as well.
i hope they're not planning on a larger buy out as they need to bed down what they've got.
they must know something about drm because on the surface it looks way overpriced.
