    kingy,
Government orders appear to be confidential to the idiots at BTA. It is so confidential that often HC readers “discover” the news and report it to Peter Cook before the idiot announced it to the ASX.

Perhaps GSK public information are also confidential to BTA as often we on HC "discover" the information before Peter Cook. A prime example is on the night of 5 Feb 09; GSK published the Relenza sales figure on the internet. On 6 Feb, Peter Cook announced the wrong sales figures to the ASX. It took weeks for the idiot to realise his mistake. And true to form, on 13 Feb, Peter Cook blamed GSK for the error.

Lest we forget, Peter Cook turned down the $100m GSK settlement offer, and after spending $30m in legal fees he settled for $20m and crowed what a great deal it was. It was only good mana, that someone leaked the previous $100m offer to the press. The idiot then blamed the financial losses on the previous CEO Peter Molloy for launching the case. And to top up his stunning performance, shareholders were asked to reward Peter Cook with 456,300 shares options. Despite shareholders voting down the LTIO resolution, the BTA board went ahead and reward him with the 456,300 share options.

There are rumours that BTA is going to reward Peter Cook with more LTIOs this financial year as if he single-handedly increased the Relenza royalties when the above Feb fiasco indicated clearly a CEO who could not understand the publicly available figures of BTA’s most important income.

All mum and dad shareholders should pooled their votes to a proxy and vote out the idiot Peter Cook and some the existing Directors Barbara Gibson; Paul Bell and perhaps even Ian Gust. A renewed board and a new CEO is necessary for the betterment of shareholders’ interests.
