RIO is exactly who has the capacity to push ERA down really hard and take it over at a fraction of its true value. Don't worry too much about how much they initially paid for it (its an illusion)....they are so large that not only can they easily absorb any losses through clever accounting, but they will end up making plenty of money because once they acquire full ownership, the true value of ERA will be realized. Look at the KIM situation.....the particular takeover merchant also had 70% ownership. Now look where they are LOL.
