lunchalot, I've been away and just catching up with things. Whilst I'm very disapointed with the headline number as I was working on US$ 15 - 20 mill, all litigation is a gamble.

I think (hope) there is more to this settlement than we know. I've read and reread the ann, no idea what will happen with Nortel but I think the the strategic kicker is that the settlement would appear to strenghthen IPR's case against DT which I think is a much larger case. There is also the ericcson case moving along and new case commenced in Texas against other companies. Plenty of litigation in the pipeline and some more cash in the bank should negate the need for any more capital raisings for a while.

I haven't sold a share and intend buying more at these levels.
