    Help,or,who is right,h/c or the u buyer,I am betting its the u buyer,he didnt place the order to stir or "surge"the market but to fill the orders,that means no surge,rrs may fall to unbeleivable low levels,if I am wrong I am wrong,but we shall see.
    good luck anyway,it looks interesting.
