What PPP publish is subject to copyright.
Disseminating their copyrighted material is illegal and actually can be prosecuted, if they so choose.
I haven't read the article in question, but breezing over it, it doesn't seem to be the buy/sell stuff that they specifically ask not to post.
But PPP specifically ask in their agreement with subscribers that they don't post it anywhere.
