DW was posed this question at the feb meeting. His answer is to cream the curve and do what is accretive to shareholders. So if this re rates to say Domuma estimation of $500m to $750m market cap and we have a share price of say 10-15c he might opt to raise.
However, if ConocoPhillips jumps in and says we can provide you with $600m for 15 new lateral drills they might opt to do that.
Maybe a mixture of both. Whatever is accretive is they key.
Options will open up if they achieve the above imo.
