Agree Datz, Vonex/AWD was listed, then de-listed and now is unlisted. Just a lot harder for it to raise capital and for holders to "cash out". Those complaining and not prepared to call the company as they say information from this unlisted company is always positive. However, this is no different to what you would get if you called a listed company and asked how the company is going. I don't think I've heard of a director of a listed company say "things are really crap, get your money out". Being unlisted doesn't necessarily mean its the end of the world, like some are purporting.
