To be fair it was the pandemic that allowed the banks to pull the funding. They did find a tone of oil, just a shame we didn’t have the best contract clauses as I thik that’s what let them down, allowing Cairn to sell to ConocoPhillips and Woodside and then for the banks for pull funding due to pandemic.
This could have made a fortune this company. Such a shame.
