Now let's take a look at another possibility.
A new investor comes in, demands a change of the board. They are then able to utilize the current high quality assets held by the company and turn over profit.
As has been stated many times before, KZL is trading at T/O levels. Finalising a transaction may be reason for the recent halts/suspensions?
"Can't refinance" .... All I can say to this is, look at Greece.
