    They sure are taking their time with this acquisition. Must be putting together the deal of the century...

    Crazy cheap:

    $3.6m MC
    $1.6m cash, $1m from bond
    $1m EV

    They should get the bond back by latest next week. Surely they have a deal lined up once that is received
