AGL are not distributors, they are generators and retailers which are basically unregulated, apart from the VOL limit and various technical parameters they must meet. The imminent introduction of capacity payments, probably at regulated basis, will be good for dispatchable power producers like AGL.
looking forward to the political gunfight that will ensue.
Botten and new CEO better have some speeches ready. I like the old German guy. Being European gives him a leave pass with the green left.
