Not sure I understand. The older solar farm still gets paid the higher rate.
After 20 years the debt is paid and rehab allocations made. They can renew at the lower prices as their costs are negligible.
Meanwhile AGL buys power for $70 and sells at $60 for the remaining 10 odd years of contract term.
