I wouldn't read into 2.5 million shares ($100k) as someone having insider knowledge. IF the results are bad you will see A LOT more sell offs than that .. I would expect at least $1m worth of stocks at a minimum to give any indication of movement, positive or negative.
Could just be someone needing the cash
Somebody shorting (the last short reports showed lots still shorting the stock)
Trying to scare others
Or indeed - somebody who bought at 3.8 ($95k) and sold at 4.2 .4c per share on $105k is still making a $10k (or >10%) profit
