As you know SEA has acreage and production in Oklahoma in a area know as "stacked" low cost production and good boepd on the cheap. If you look at CLR- they own 350 acres in this sweet spot that sea owns some 40k-- i now believe that they are raising this money to add acreage in this area and start a drilling program on the cheap. i bet now they will lower debt by 30 million and buy acreage in their sweet spot and start adding production on the cheap.
