The tweet was so non specific that there was no reason IMO for him to disappear after the tweet was culled. There was no need to be embarrassed about it, fake or not. Hope he will be back soon.
In the past he made "big" statements only to withdraw in good humor. Optimistic and sometimes jumpy sort of fellow.
