I don't know if we can be too hard on the directors. To see your wealth go up to $290 mil and back to $150 in the space of the escrow would have been fairly stressful. To pull $30 mil and live a comfortable life, regardless of what happens with the company would be a nice option to have. Markets just smash companies when directors pull out, unless it's for philanthropic reasons.
