Unfortunately I think you're right in both posts - unfortunately because I've got a buy order in that I doubt will be filled

The price went up 4.7% today on lowish volume. Any meaningful buy orders will be forced to pay the price with sellers drying up. There could be some news in the wind, maybe the lease, or just a biggish buy order going through as we've had in the past.

My personal view is that they have entered into this yet to be announced lease as an interim measure, because asset prices haven't yet fallen to the levels they want. Hope I'm wrong, however I'm confident when they do buy it'll be on sound financials. Interesting to see where this mini rally goes, if it gains momentum, it could point to the major acquisition.
