Firstly you say they are too old (i.e. experienced), now you're saying they aren't mature enough (i.e. not experienced enough). Quite a contradiction there pathfinder.
Regardless of whether you possess the first or second sentiment, I'd have to disagree with both.
Endocoal is progressing just fine, I would be on the market for more shares at the moment if I hadn't been largely adding to my position a month ago.
