BTW, i spoke to Patrick Clifford who confirmed that the intention is still to contract out a considerable portion of the CAPEX - the $35 mill gives them scope and leverage to selectively chose which components of the CAPEX they will fund internally and which portions will be outsourced and amortised.
Just thinking outside the box, and being dynamic about their options - exactly what i would expect from quality management who have been here before.
