mljet: Were you not the one that predicted that ITC would end-up with the OIL rather than VPE first. And you also predicted that VPE would NOT invest in ITC (that was before VPE took a 10% stake in ITC, of course). On both accounts, your predictions have been less than "great" in my opinion.
So, why should I believe in your current prediction that "it's a done deal"??!!
To my mind, this is NOT "a done deal" at all. Of course, I might be wrong. But my line of thinking is along the lines of "onceover", i.e. a counter bid from VPE (script component and cash component). Personally, I see a higher script component than "onceover" and a lower cash component as a first counter-offer.
Purely all speculative thinking on my part here.
