Bub, I think it certainly is an entry point. The 2 lows this year, Feb 26 and Feb 01, were 3.24 & 3.17 respectively. Given the heat in the raw materials sector I think that IPL will benefit. Also the general market outlook is positive.
I am certainly looking at taking more @ the 3.20 mark.
