to what end ?
general placement takers didn't know what the core logs would show when they bid for placement stock, or when news would come out, or what price the stock would open at afterwards
but more importantly here... theirs no mgt/broker conspiracy to sell stock in advance of timing the 3b issue... it doesn't happen
but, in any case, the whole stock market, any financial market, is about attempting to gain an information advantage over others
you pandering to the public t4p
