People are so full of complaints like everything's a conspiracy theory if it doesn't just multiply retail investors investments by many multiples in a matter of days or weeks. The point is the money was put forward immediately & the whole transaction was closed in a 3 day period unlike the 4-6 weeks it would of taken to move it with retail investors. RI's were given the opportunity towards the end of 2012 at much lower prices then the 5.5c of the recent placement while at a discount to market price was still at a relatively short time-span for the VWAP achieved. In out spike whatever of course they shouldn't of traded it if they knew ahead of time although anyone could see that a move for capital was very close if they read it that way & sold the hype punting that they would see them come for cash then it was far from insider trading they where just taking relatively prudent punt that it would turn in their favour. If they're selling a a spike in price now that it's complete so what ? it's only spiking because others are prepared to buy it there - many SI's are only chasing very small short term gains anywhere they act as bank, the company gets there required capital quickly & they beat interst rates on return.

Big whoop - RXL got their funds prices are steadied companies now far nore financially secure & able to accelerate the current programs.
