I'm not a chartist, so don't put much credence into whether it bottoms 2,3,4, or 5 times - but KSC is looking cheap on fundamentals. If they can even come close to their most recent predictions for east coat ops, and maintain their results from West Australian businesses, I'd like to think they'll rerate to well above $2 within a year.

Unfortunately, like so many others in the last couple of years, they raised capital immediately prior to announcing that business wasn't going so well. A lot of good will lost when you raise capital at a significant discount to current market, and then announce news that pushes the share price well below the raising price. Shareholders who take part in the capital rasing get screweed twice!
