Given that the case dealt with whether Objectors under s.111A to a mining tenenent could appeal directly to the Minister or had to go via a Warden's Court there where a great deal of technical arguments that related to the workings of s.111A and it's interaction with other sections in the Mining Act.

That being the case whilst Wayne Martin QC advice would probably have been expensive it would also be well informed
