It's not false hope. We are told by JS that it's real and happening and we believe him based on what the company has achieved so far.

As to whether it's a life changing decision or not, it depends on one's belief. To me, my belief is always that CAY will be taken over and I still believe so. Hence to buy in before the gate shuts could be a life changing decision. But to others, I believe 99.99% here, it will be a step by step process, i.e. ML first, then investors bring in project funding, then building the project, then production etc. It's a long process but the SP should rise along the way with each milestone achieved.

So it's really up to you to believe what could happen, everyone is guessing, including myself. Anyway, it's your money, whatever you decide, I respect.
