I'd only sell about 1/4 TBH to be mortgage free and give me a chunk of cash to play with.
Don't discount that we receive some real interest for a T/O at some point in the future. I believe this story will get real, very quickly once the M.L. is issued and international interest will increase and come flooding in, especially once JS starts roadshowing globally.
I said it last year and I'll repeat it.
