Yes I believe that Beach have never been honest about material information relating to licenses both DLS and BPT have interests in, and in which BPT are the operator and therefor the responsible entity for that information. It is only BPT that may release this information and they legally should have when announcing the T/O offer. Not to was just dishonest. It is something ASIC should follow up.
