I thought it was a sure thing that the Minmetals takeover was going to go ahead. I was trying to buy into OZL the other day and lucky the share price did not fall to my buy price. I had the impression that no one would block the takeover and if you bought shares you would be almost gauranteed the 82.5 cent a share price.
The debt has to be rolled over for another month soon, I am genuinely concerned for all that hold OZL. No doubt on Monday morning that OZL will be in a trading halt.
