I own a duplex (both sides)
one tenant the rent was due to go up April this year , but I wasnt able to due to Covid restriction. so by the time April 2021 comes around they will be getting two years worth (probably 20%+)
the other side probably 10%
The rents are still way lower that what I was getting when I first bought the property in 2013 (it was pretty much positive geared then)
