Houses are being snapped up, rents are rising, Perth is recovering strongly.

Rationally, with the end of jobkeeper/seeker, eviction protection ending, mortgage reviews taking place, no wage growth, fallen immgration, dissapearance of overseas students, the reverse should be happening.

Is it a bubble?
