Perhaps we need to catch up to the East so we can all drop 20-30% when the bubble blows?

One theory was that there’s quite a few from the other side of the country who see WA as a good place to relocate?
Shift over here, wipe out the debt on their home over there and buy outright here, perhaps even get a bit of an upgrade or perhaps put some profit aside for a rainy day?

There are so many possibilities, I guess.
