Seriously though, there’s positives as well as negatives if WA’s population goes up a bit, realestate is like life! It’s fluid, what’s bad for some gives opportunities for others and at the end of the day individual circumstances are just as telling as all the rest of the variables.
individuals will make their choices, hopefully they will have done their risk assessments, had realistic parameters set in place and have chosen wisely but there’s always some that cop it in the neck even when it’s going okay.and that’s just life.
