No probs, just thought we could do with some data.. Yes, re South Perth , it is extraordinary in that way, isn't it. Where I am (by the zoo) - its like living in a forest - so quiet! bar the odd lions roar!- and yet you get glimpses of the city lights because they're only 10 mins away. One of my favourite memories is walking with a friend along the river bank, and there was a dolphin chasing fish at the base of the river wall a couple of feet below us for a good 10 minutes - just amazing.
Yes. I think the east coasters still don't quite understand what level of lifestyle is offered in Perth - but the ones who come over for work, start to!
Speaking of Great WA'ers, El Forrest, the Twigster I think is also doing a good job with the focus on hydrogen etc. And opening up Ningaloo - not that many people realise that WA has its own Great Barrier Reef!
