Mandurah is the southern hotspot for single mothers just like Two Rocks is if you look north of Perth, cheap rental properties go hand in glove with the lower socioeconomic groups. If there was lots of jobs the realestate values would be higher and those on struggle street would be pushed out.
If Perth had a population like Melbourne the values in Mandurah would be higher.
PS I don’t mean to single out single mums it is just that they generally are doing it tough on little money and struggle to be able to work and raise their children at the same time.
