Had a friend ask me to look at a property she was looking to buy in Calista in Kwinnana area.
Did not expect much as price from $200k. I was blown away Triplex 3 bedroom nice street 428 sqm and well looked after. Perfect for what she wanted. She rang today and settles in 14 days. Probably rent for $310pw. Some parts of Kwin rough so got to be careful. Funny bit is I know Victoria and the biggest slum I ever lived in was Brunswick which now boasts $1mill for a small semi. Wont happen to Kwin but if I was forced to I would live in Kwin rather than parts of Melbourne.
